這家酒店之前住過奈良，因為是連鎖的，印象蠻好，熊本看到直接定了。沒想到定錯了，熊本JR站還有一家（那家不管是距離，設施，服務態度都更好）因為我一開始走錯了，大巴下車走到了Jr站那家，服務態度超級好，前台實習生小哥還很帥hhh 離得不遠的這一家，地理位置依然是差了一些，其實價格沒差多少。電車A線也能到。但是整體感覺不是很好，酒店自動門不是玻璃的，如果沒人靠近看著就像是關門了，門又很窄。入住時前台兩個實習生有一位會説中文這一點很好。溫泉的話非常小，可能因為第一次住的奈良很大還比這個便宜很多，印象太好了，導致我心裡落差比較大。

The room is filthy. We mistakenly chose a smoking room and the walls and ceiling of the bathroom was coated with residue of smoke that pooled and dropped when steam from the shower touched it. It was disgusting and we chose to use the baths rather than the attached bath after one try. Location wise, as some reviewers have commented, it’s not particularly near the town or any attractions, and also located between two tram stops, not convenient when raining. There is a particular older lady behind the front desk that is also quite curt, bordering on rude. When we tried to stop at the carpark to ask about possibility of parking the car and coming back for check in later, she marched to us before we had the chance to get out and speak to her, angrily waved her hands at us and “scolded” us for coming early. She told us to go away and that we could only check in at 3pm… On the upside, the hotel has a nice common bath that seems clean and also provides happy hour drinks in the afternoon for guests. The pyjamas provided are comfortable and there is a good variety of soaps, cleansers, facial products provided. The beds are comfortable but would be even better if we weren’t uneasy about cleanliness.

為了晚上泡湯來住的，感覺這邊街區比較安靜，酒店一樓有餐館。公共溫泉池子有點小人有點多，停車場有好幾個。早飯種類比較有限而且九點就要結束。

スーパーホテル熊本商工會議所前に泊まってみて、とてもコスパが良いなと感じました。熊本市電の駅や観光地にもアクセスしやすく、溫泉でゆっくり疲れを取れるのが嬉しかったです。朝食も種類がそこそこあり、地元の味があるのもポイント高いです。一方で、部屋は広さに餘裕があるわけではなく、夜の電車の音が気になる部屋もありました。清掃の細かいところにもう少し注意があればなお良いと思います。でもこの価格帯なら満足。次に熊本に來るならまた利用したいホテルです。

バス停、市電の駅が近く、アクセスが良いです。5分ほど歩けばコンビニもあります。ウェルカムドリンクも時間內であれば飲み放題で、上下別の室內著もサイズ別にあり、枕も選べます。部屋は広くは無いけれど、ナイトテーブル、イス、備品の棚など、必要な物は揃っていて機能的です。ただ、部屋とユニットバスはどちらも照明が暗く感じました。溫泉はぬるめでしたが清潔で快適でした。また熊本旅行の際には宿泊したいです。

清潔な浴場で天然溫泉で深夜でも入浴出來て身體も芯まで溫まり良かったです。枕も選択肢がありストレスなくぐっすり眠れました。部屋はお任せでしたが２段ベッドでだったので最初は驚きましたが上段はサイズが小さいのであまり気にならなかったです。また利用させて頂きます。

ライダー2人には部屋が狹く荷物が広げられない。部屋の明かりが暗い。バイクの駐車場も少し歩く為、長距離の大荷物時は苦労する。朝食は美味しく頂きました。街に近く歩いて繁華街まで行けたりと立地はいいです。

非常非常滿意～禁言房比不禁言房香很多我們雖然定的是單人床但是酒店給我們安排了雙人床的房間非常感謝前台工作人員態度特別好很溫柔很漂亮歡迎飲品很好喝溫泉泡的很舒服總體就是很滿意啦
